As of the date above, GetWay's commission-earning affiliate partners are Booking.com (via CJ Affiliate), Expedia (Expedia Group Travel Creator Program), GetYourGuide, Kiwitaxi, GetTransfer, and Kiwi.com (the latter three via Travelpayouts). A small number of links shown on the Service (for example, Airbnb and SafetyWing) are plain, untracked links with no data-sharing arrangement.

Some of the providers listed in Section 5 (for example, Anthropic and Apify) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Because GetWay has no accounts, there is no "account lifetime" to base retention on. Generated itineraries (destination, stops, and the source video URL) are retained for as long as the route remains published on the Service, so that shared links keep working. Basic usage/click data is retained only for a limited operational period and is not tied to any individual's identity.
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port any personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. In practice, this mainly concerns any email correspondence you've had with us, since the Service itself does not collect personal identifiers. GetWay is a free, AI-powered platform that converts public travel videos from TikTok and Instagram Reels into structured, bookable itineraries. You can either:
GetWay uses third-party AI models (via Anthropic) to analyze video content and extract destinations, stops, and a written summary. GetWay does not verify this AI-generated information against real-world sources at the time you view it. See Section 6 below.
GetWay does not process bookings or payments of any kind. Every "Book," "Check," or similar button on the Service takes you to a third-party website (such as Booking.com, Expedia, or GetYourGuide) where you complete your booking and payment directly with that company, under that company's own terms.
GetWay currently has no user registration, login, or accounts. We do not collect a username, password, or profile. Generated and saved itineraries are accessible via a shareable link.
The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children. If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally 16–18 depending on country), you should only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The only content you actively submit to GetWay is a public TikTok or Instagram Reels URL pasted into the AI Magic Box, or your own selections when using "Build Your Own Trip" (destination, dates, preferences). You confirm that any URL you submit is publicly accessible and that you are not attempting to have GetWay access private, restricted, or unauthorized content.
Itineraries on GetWay, including destinations, stop names, addresses, opening hours, prices, and descriptions, are generated automatically by artificial intelligence analyzing video content and/or third-party location data (such as Google Places). This process can and sometimes will produce errors: a place may have closed, moved, changed its hours or prices, or been misidentified entirely.
You are responsible for independently verifying any hours, prices, availability, entry requirements, and safety information directly with the venue, service provider, or official source before you rely on it or travel.
GetWay is a starting point for trip inspiration and planning, not a guarantee of accuracy.
Video content analyzed by GetWay (TikTok and Instagram Reels clips) remains the exclusive property of its original creators. GetWay does not copy, republish, rehost, or display the videos themselves. GetWay extracts and publishes only factual trip information derived from the video (place names, order of stops, approximate timing) together with a written summary, and provides clear attribution — including the creator's handle and, where available, a link back to the original video — on every route generated from their content.
GetWay does not claim any ownership or license over the underlying video content, and nothing in these Terms should be read as such a claim.
If you are the creator of a video that GetWay has used to generate a route, or you represent such a creator, you may request that GetWay:
Send your request to getway.smart@gmail.com, including a link to the GetWay route in question. We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 5 business days. We generally honor these requests without requiring extensive proof of identity, in good faith.
GetWay is free to use. It is funded through affiliate partnerships: certain links on the Service (hotels, transfers, activities, flights) are tracked affiliate links, and GetWay may earn a commission if you complete a booking after clicking them — at no additional cost to you.
As of the date above, GetWay's commission-earning partners include Booking.com, Expedia, GetYourGuide, Kiwitaxi, GetTransfer, and Kiwi.com. Some links shown on the Service (for example, Airbnb or SafetyWing) are plain, untracked links that do not currently earn GetWay a commission — they are shown purely as a convenience.

The GetWay name, logo, website design, and the specific text and structure of AI-generated route summaries as compiled and presented on the Service are the property of GetWay (or its licensors), separate from the underlying facts and any third-party content they describe. You may share links to GetWay routes freely; you may not copy the Service's design, branding, or bulk itinerary data for a competing commercial product without permission.
GetWay relies on third-party services to operate, including Anthropic (AI analysis), Apify (video and comment retrieval), Google Places (location data), Unsplash (images), and Railway/Vercel (hosting). GetWay also links out to third-party booking and information sites as described in Section 9.
GetWay does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, pricing, or practices of any third-party site you visit via a link from GetWay, including affiliate partners. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by applicable law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GetWay does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any itinerary will be accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetWay and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, travel costs, or bookings, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including reliance on AI-generated itinerary information or any transaction completed with a third-party affiliate partner.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including certain consumer-protection rights available to EU/EEA consumers).
You agree to indemnify and hold GetWay and its operator harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts (this applies to consumers in the EU/EEA under applicable consumer protection rules).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect its original intent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
